You know I have wondered if anyone has ever done a thread about music. I DO not want to turn this thread into a flame war, so please people be respectful. I have music that I like and music that I don't. WE ALL do.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Th0HT2i-T4
here is a cover by the Deftones of Simple Man...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8NNQEwDoDaU
one of the best performances in history.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pkcJEvMcnEg&ob=av2n
Can't not include Nirvana..:)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Th3ycKQV_4k
Layla is one of the top 10 songs of all time..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Th3ycKQV_4k
most over rated song of all time, but that doesn't mean I don't like it.. sorry LZ, but the best song on LZ4 or whatever you wanna call it is When the Levee Breaks

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1i-RKqO ... re=related
PinkFloyd's best song off their best album...
(sorry it's a VERY long song...but it's well worth the listen..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yd60nI4sa9A
Robert Johnson is one of the greats of the blues..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lOfZLb33uCg&ob=av2e
a not serious video at all that is funny. gotta love Weird Al..

and lastly a parody song I found recently...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DuBNQpgiLzY
LoL
Enjoy.
Feel free to post what music you like.

I have been listening to my old school music because IMO modern music just is overall bad and for just show more than anything. Here is a couple more recent songs I have realy liked.

We Can Make The World Stop
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUEZCxBcM78&feature=player_embedded

First of the year by Skrillex
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2cXDgFwE13g&feature=plcp

Ruffneck
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_t2TzJOyops

Matisyahu
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cclENyQDyDM&list=FLJb-wPGHx6SDft6xQC5a-bg&index=81&feature=plpp_video

One of the few rap songs I like. I talk to this guy once in a while. Great guy but very political.

Arjen, I see. Like I said on the first page not everyone likes the same music. I like lots of music, and I don't expect people to like everything I do. :)

Sublime, NSFW tho, due to the video of the riots, which might be disturbing to some people who have never been in a riot...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Adgx9wt63NY&ob=av2e
Fire water burn by the bloodhound gang..
(about the Move fire in Philly, if you dont know what that was google it.. I dont want to explain it...)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EkwD5rQ-_d4&ob=av2e
Possum Kingdom by the Toadies, it's about a serial killer from TX at Possum Kingdom Lake..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KvknOXGPzCQ&ob=av2n
Be Quiet and Drive.. Deftones (Like the song, the video is kinda bad, and the Deftones hated doing it...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=en ... U1aa0xXEkc this is my favorite Deftones video.. it's taken near the Salton Sea..

Songs I heard on the radio today
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DohRa9lsx0Q Stealer's Wheel..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mb3iPP-tHdA
whiter shade of pale, Procol Harum

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1w7OgIMMRc4&ob=av3n
#1 at 1 on the local radio station. I think that fromwhat I remember, granted I was driving at the time, they said that in 1988 AZ governor was impeached, that Slash hated this song, and that gas cost 65 cents a gallon or something like that..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUAYeN3Rp2E after a commercial break they played this song.
24 0r 6 to 4 by Chicago..

during this song I got home, forget all the other songs that were played..lol

oh wait here is one I heard the other day that I hadn't heard in a LONG time
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ExH7h9Lk5HY
Eve of Destruction- covered by Barry McGuire.. I have never heard the original version of this song..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-aK6Jny ... re=related
this was another that I heard today lol
thank you youtube suggestions lol
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lwS_YDzx ... re=related another song I remembered from the radio..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YnOoNM0U6oc I also heard this song .. brings back memories of driving through Ohio.. of all places LMAO

Lastly, and semi-ironically (althought sometimes they play Southern Man first...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Du-CWAS ... re=related

Sweet Home Alabama..
it's worth noting that Neil Young and the members of Lynard Skynard were friends, and the lines in this song are all a huge joke that Neil Young esp thought was funny.
