There is always good news-bad news with stories like that. The bad news is of course him being abandoned and covered in cactus spines. The good news is that when something like this reaches the news media the shelter will get TONS of calls from people wanting to adopt him.

he sure is cute for being a little yapper lolz.
and btw it's too bad that the other pets in the local shelters aren't adopted unless they are horribly maimed or injured, or something. They have thousands of animals in the shelters. I have gone to the one down in Sunnyslope, all the way down near Laveen. In fact I got lost and ended up in the middle of a cotton field pretty much.. lol
