btw this year I had a new brilliant idea for my light display. I can't get a good pic of them at night tho, I havent figured out how to not make a blurry mess with my camera taking low light pictures.. Anyways.. it's called O. ficus tree.. (because well I just couldnt resist) So this year I put up lights on my O. ficus-indica. I will try and take pics again tonite and see if I can get them to be ok.

Hi Peter, having a look at your decorated ficus tree would be very much fun.
You could put the camera on someting solid and use the time lapse function so you don´t have to touch it in the moment it is taking the photo.

To late for your contest, but a cactus flower using the "Extrude" filter in Photoshop Elements.

I think it was a Notocactus flower without checking. The red centre is the stigma lobes.

wow, this is very graphic!
If you would have painted this with color and brush it would have taken a few minutes more to finish- probably =D>
