Consecutive drying & soaking can help stubborn seeds.
If your cacti mess in your job just forget about the job.

Don't know. You can try this with a part of the seeds. Have to know for how long not to kill it.What about putting seeds in boiling water for a few minutes?
Actually most hatched not very slow - in a month or two, maybe one third had bigger delays.
Found another photo of those.

I planted another batch of the Prickly Pear seeds and I think I got a couple germinating! So excited!

I just restarted those as well so we will see. The ones I planted late last year never germinated.
