How to overwinter new propagations and pups?

I have a pot with mature succulents and tiny propagations and I'm wondering what I should do with it over the winter. Will the props make it with less light and less water or is it worth sticking the pot under the seedling lamp (4ft fluorescent, 2800 lumens)?

The props are doing really well and I'd like to keep them going.

I also have some newly-removed Echinopsis pups that have only recently rooted and I'm wondering what to do with them as well.

Most succulents need some or regular watering during winter. If light is not sufficient and they are in warm place additional light will help. Generally I don't like to keep tiny seedlings and mature cacti together in winter: seedlings need milder conditions - warmer place and wetter soil.

Echinopsis pups can stay in cold or cool place whole winter dry or with occasional watering if the room is warmer.
