You should know about the San Jose Cactus and Succulent Society?
Monthly meetings, which I don't attend, and the big show and sale twice a year. Seems the best way to connect.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I got a response . I will definitely look them up and also look for the shows. I heard there is one coming up at a High School soon.

Welcome! Feel free to check out some facebook groups. I believe there's one for people in the Bay Area, called SF Bay Area Succulent Collectors.

I believe the one at the high school is for the San Jose C and S Society. It's in Sunnyvale off El Camino. I'll be there on Saturday morning. Be sure to get there early for the best selection of sale plants!

Yes, you are right about the show. Peterson Middle School in Sunnyvale Oct 14-15 per another user in another forum. I am going to try to make it out there and hopefully meet some fellow S&C lovers ...
