im worried my kalanchoe has a parasite killing it!

ive been noticing some changes in my plant here lately. It has more and more leaves dying every day, its getting droopy. theres less brown spots on the new leaves coming in and The new leaves arent really fuzzy. Upon closer inspection ive noticed that theres these weird marks on a few of the leaves. theyre like flaky looking and a brownish tan color and i think there are holes appearing now. what can i do for this? one of the leaves are so bad its starting to shrivel up.. any help is greatly appreciated!

Photos would really, really help.

Possible causes are overwatering, so the roots have died, so it will gradually shrivel up.
Alternatively, maybe it's just massively underwatered, so it is slowly shrivelling up.
