I only cover my cactus and lithops I let the succulents get rained on , looks like you need a wood from to support the plastic hard to tell from the picture. Anyway my plastic gets blown off my wood frame mini greenhouses so what do I know. probably get blown off in this present rain storm.

high winds will blow off this plastic cover which is held on with thumbtacks. Lucky it doesn't rain too much in S. CA. Only room for cactus and lithops though and not even all the cactus some get left out, the ones that can take more rain.
