Like any potted plant. you have to repot it when it gets too cramped. I think you could probably let this grow through next growing season, but it's likely to get pretty crowded after that.

Sometimes I repot and sometimes I leave them there for years.

The plants don't mind the crowding, they'll keep growing past the point where offsets are trailing off the side of the planter - that last one is getting close to that. Eventually it will reach a point where it's hard to get waster to the soil, though.
