Crassula ovata question.

A few leaves on my Jade plant have spots on them. After observing a few days, I decided to rub alcohol on the spots last night. It doesn't seem to have done anything. I'm beginning to wonder if it's just part of the plant like freckles...lol. Besides those spots, the plant seem happy and have several new shoots. The spots are like hard calluses and very small. So, should I worry? Thanks for any input.

Sounds like it may have been some minor damage, maybe due to an insect or something else that poked it. As long as they're not getting bigger in size or more of them appearing then you should fine.
