Dorstenia foetida

Post by majcka »

Comming into a GH today I thought I was going nuts. Is this really possible???? A flower on such a small plant? This is a 14 months old plant. The pot (its edge) has 4 cm. so you can see it really is a very small plant. And the 'thing' is only 3 maybe 4 mm big.

Yes that is its flower.
And as the walls come down and as I look in your eyes
My fear begins to fade recalling all of the times
I have died and will die.
It's all right.
I dont mind
I dont mind.

Inflorescence would be the more accurate term for these structures. The flowers are the tiny dots.

Right. That is exactly what a friend of mine (an enciclopedia of life in person  ) told me.
