Lithops seedlings, time to repot

Post by Vanzily »

Have one and half years. Is a mix species from Mercadolibre, the "Ebay" but in Sudámerica and México, separated the species and put pots with the same specie, some in a mix, but now a few species.

This one have almost 3 years, I started experiment different substrates, this plants in more mineral substrate, silica gravel and pumice, but I see this ones sunburn very easily. My one and half year old seedlings, with more organic and not to much drainage soil. Have the same treatment like this adults and no one sunburn. I have more better results using scoria than pumice or acuarium gravel.

They are looking good to me, Vanzily, very well done. I'm growing Lithops from seeds for the first time, and I'm not finding them easy.

Take me 3 years to grow this things. You can´t find them easy in the first try. But once have more practice and know the plant you gonna smile and see how this ones are getting very easy to grow now ;)
