Caring for sprouting roots on leaf cuttings ~

I've been carefully checking on my propagation garden I made from leaf cuttings and after a month or so of waiting I finally see my first pink sprout coming off of a Graptoveria Moonglow. I'm elated but just slightly nervous since I want to ensure I don't do anything to harm it. Are there any tips to maximize the chance it'll continue to grow? Thanks!
