They're not squishy, they're quite firm

There are many squishy mesembs, no Haworthia would be considered squishy in my opinion.

I have only one Haworthia plant in Melbourne , but I have more growing in tropical Malaysia , Kuala Lumpur. Haworthia reinwardtii or Haw coarctata , not sure which is which. H.L.

Good morning H.L.,

the left plant should be Haworthia coarctata fa. greenii.
The plant on the right should be haworthia reinwardtii.

I usually don't grow leafy Haworthias, but someone gave me these, and she got them from Ann Shein.

Some of my new hybrids

"Downtown Compton"
I was considering calling it "Super Comptonii", but I didn't think it merits that name, it will need better lines to be called Super

Now for some hybrids

This is a well known Japanese hybrid, Kintaikyo
I always wanted on, my friend Kris Tamayo gave it to me.

Another H. bayeri hybrid of mine
I can't get a good photo of it yet, it's giant, has giant windows and look like chunks of glass

Another H. bayeri hybrid that has a lite texture
IMG_9363.jpg

I took photos of this plant before, I suggested the name "Super Comptonii" but it hasn't lived up to it yet.
It's another one that's hard to photograph, too shiny and reflective
I think it has some H. badia in it.
