Gypsophilia

Post by One Windowsill »

A Spanish/North African plant has been demonstrated for the first time to be able to derive the majority of its water supply for part of the year from the water of crystallisation of gypsum. Definitely a xerophyte if not succulent (I can't tell from the photos). Many other xerophytes are likely to be able to do this.

Thats pretty amazing.
And as the walls come down and as I look in your eyes
My fear begins to fade recalling all of the times
I have died and will die.
It's all right.
I dont mind
I dont mind.
