What is this Asclepiad?

What is this Asclepiad?

I've been growing this plant for a number of years and finally got it to flower late last year by taking it into our hot sunroom about the end of October. Here is the picture from when it bloomed in December, if I remember correctly.

I´m absolut not sure, but maybe Caralluma hexagona?
