I.D. tree with huge caudex

I was searching the internet for Huge Tylecodon and also found a picture of this tree with really huge caudex,
I will appreciate if someone can identify it and location were picture was shot if possible.

Do you know about a Google reverse image search? It does amazing things! Check out this link for answers to both questions.

I should mention that that is an unusually nice trunk for that tree. They pretty much always fat, but like cacti and succulents, some individuals come out nicer than others.

I wonder if the fat trees at cactus mart in Piru CA are this species.

No, Baobabs are the genus Adansonia. They are too tropical to grow in the ground in the San Francisco area (or anywhere in the US outside of south Florida or Hawaii really).
