Craig - I hope my leaves recover & look like your pix. The leaves were ratty when I got it but the new growth looks good. Have you "raised" the roots on yours? Sue

The leaves are very susceptible to damage, and I keep mine inside the greenhouse.
The problem being that they keep the leaves for several years, and hence any damage will be around for a long time.
I do raise mine up, they have the fattest roots in the Genus.
I have some more photos on my succulent thread.
The above photo was from last year.
I have 3 big ones, all are now flowering this week.
