At least I believe that is what it is.
Got some decent shots of this Small California native succulent in bloom yesterday.
They only appear to grow on steep rock faces with little to no competing vegetation.
When you go to look for them in the heat of summer they are almost imposible to find if you dont know exactly where to look.
