Now that fall is approaching, there is a lot of mesemb growth, and they are looking good enough for a photo or two
Dinteranthus microspermus v. pubes. white/pink flowered form
Lithops ruschiorum, early flowers
Schwantesia ruedbuschii variations, with "marlothii" on right
Schwantesia borcherdsii's and Jutterdinteria albata
My Tanquana collection has these mottled colors this year, too much fert ?
Getting a little stirring in the Conophytum arena
Cono. globosa look perfect for tis time of year
C. ratum with flower forming under the old skin, so I liberated it to cross pollinate with her friends

Lithops ruschiorum is another one that rarely flowers over here. I have theories on why but so far different treatments haven't given me reliable flowers. I'm still working on getting several to flower at once
Those Tanquanas look sunburnt, although I've never seen a sunburnt Tanquana. Its all I can do to make T. hilmarii go purple
The C. globosa looks better with half its skin still on than it does as a plain green ball My main flowering season hasn't quite arrive yet. Is it autumn already in CA?

Successful pollination
Psuedolithos migiurtinus
P. cubiforme over growing their little pot
P. migiurtinus x P. dodsonianii seedlings 2 yo
Everyone will want one of these, until they find out how much they cost
Whitesolona crassa

some more mesemb fun
look at these seeds on this Dinteranthus vanzylii, 1000s of em
compared to this Lithops wernerii
I good success on these seeds of mine
Vanheerdea primosii, I hope I can keep them growing
And I am hoping for success with this pot of L. rubra and Hammer ruby
The Conophytum friedrichiae have just informed me that they like to bloom early. And the C. verrucosum on the left will catch up soon.
But these C. ectypum varieties will bloom when they are ready, and those two pots are not ready yet.
