Lithops advice pls!

This is my second split rock. Killed my first one after watering it twice within 2 weeks. I have to refrain myself from watering these babies but do I need to separate them? Seems like they're crowding each other.

Well they're not exactly crowding eachother out of existence, but it does look like you have three separate plants and longterm they'll be easier to manage in separate pots. No rush though, you could even leave it until spring if it wasn't for the nasty looking soil. You could still leave it until spring if you promise not to water until then, but they'll get pretty wrinkly! Just for reference, these are fat and don't need water

Thanks so much for the advise, Ian!! That's the pot they came in. Spring is more than half a year to go!!! No water till then??? Is it easier to repot in Spring when it's wrinkly or easier now?
