Lithops help! Shriveling?
Hi, my lithops seems to be shriveling and has turned very dark on the bottom. This is the third time I've owned a lithops and it has done this. What can I do to prevent it? It's being watered maybe once a week.

Sounds like way too much water! The plant is rotting.

That's a classic rot. Too much water and probably too rich soil without proper drainage that retains water too long (it looks wet on this picture).
Water much less frequent, and mix those pebbles on top in soil, to get better drainage.
Take out this plant before the rot spreads to the other one.

Dead.
Once a week is way too much water for a Lithops. Once a month would closer, with nothing at all in winter and maybe an extra watering in spring or autumn.
