Leaves fall off and dry out when the plant goes dormant. And when active the bottom leaves might be shed every now and then too. So no worries if it happens to the oldest leaves at the bottom of the crown.

It may also be a fungus. You may want to apply some fungicide.

Ok thank you both for help. I will spray just to make sure thanks you is there any way to prevent it from it getting it again?

No not really sometimes it just happens. The best defense from fungus or bacteria is a healthy plant.
