Euphorbia Francoisii cutting

Post by coldcactusmontreal »

I received a Euphorbia francoisii cutting in the mail and it basically lost all it's leaves in transit. No big deal of course, kind of expected. But at this point it should more or less still have root, has no leaves or growing tip and is still more or less solid.

I know that francoisii likes it pretty wet, but what would you guys do in this instance? I had potted it, waited a week, and then watered it once. Now the soil is pretty much dry again, and I want to know, should I water or not?

Here are photos of it, but it's not much to look at of course! Also, I posted a photo of a Euphorbia geroldii and I'm also wondering about it, I've watered it a few times and it seems okay in the sense that it seems to be moving a bit (hopefully because it's filling from water) but I don't want to over water it either!
