T. singularis doesn't produce new leaf (also O. apertum)

Situation: I've got a couple of 1.5 year old tylecodon singularis seedlings; they had leafs last year, dropped them in fall; but they still haven't produced new leaves. The plants themselves (little tuberous roots) are still firm and healthy, but they just stay dormant... I've tried watering them, but I'm not sure if that's helping or working against them. Anyone has any advice?

Edit: the same goes for my ornithogalum apertum seedlings...
(sinigias are doing fine though)
