Puzzling. At first glance, ill say sedum?
If not doest it have latex sap?

While it does look like sedum, im not ruling out the possibility thats its a euphorbia, asclepiad, or something else.
if its a sedum, first guess is lineare. Im gonna search, and give you a few more possibilities.

-green Sedum nussbaumerianum
-sedum praealtums(best candidate)
-Sedum cuspidatum
-Sedum x luteoviride(aslo good canditate)
-Sedum torulosum(rare and unlikely)
-Sedum frutescens(think its rare, but not sure)
thats all i could look up that looked like your plant. since euphorbia and senecio arent my thing, feel free to look them up.

Care of sedums is straightforward. Water weekly, do not over water, full sun to partial shade, normal soil. Easy plant for beginners. Flowers easily too. Like hardy opuntias.
