Stapelia?

Can anyone help identify this succulent, which I think is a Stapelia of some kind? Or will I have to wait for a flower? The stems are fuzzy/velvety.

Yes, that is a Stapelia. And, yes, you will have to wait for a flower, for any kind of identification.
