It's a pleasure Teo, this is a popular plant in South Africa, and tends to spread quite fast. It is used a lot in the coastal areas, even growing on the dunes where they are stable. Some of the clued-up beach goers use the leaf sap to help with relief from jellyfish and insect stings.
