I've had it for a while and it's putting out offshoots, but I have no idea what it is. Any guesses?

Looks more like Senecio stapeliformis

You could be right. Definitely a Senecio, anyway.

Thank you for your help. At least I have a good idea how to treat it now. Once it gets bigger and we can tell for sure I'll post another photo of it.
