What is this fluffy pillow succulent?

It's my first time to see this plant. It got included in the package of plants I ordered by accident

It couldn't be an echeveria. The leaves aren't crunchy. Instead they're like tiny fluffy delicate pillows

I was looking for an ID on this one too. Up until now i've just called it "Wavy Feet."
