Don't think it is a Sedum. Something related to Echeveria.

Maybe Graptosedum? "Vera Higgins" looks very similar, although is not normally as green.

I would say Sedum adolphi.

But I'm trying to find some reliable reference for this with photo but failed. The name indeed exists and is not a synonym, but the website from IPNI Plant Names has not pictures. Some links from Flickr were this plant appears with this name:

https://www.flickr.com/photos/sapo_rosa/3929900413/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

https://www.flickr.com/photos/52885726@N00/2344859580/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

https://www.flickr.com/photos/unigoettingen/6994696654/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

and this last brings some interesting information:

just adding a comment to my reply above:

If you read the information below the photo found in this link (https://www.flickr.com/photos/xenoflor/5062232839/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) you will see that nomenclature of these plants is a totally mess and it is not clear if it is some hybrid or not...but I do believe that your plant is the same as that, even if the name is not clear

I don't think the OP's shots show the same plants as the S. adolphi on sedumphotos.net :

Indeed, the photos doesn't match and looks like S. nussbauerianum.
There is some confusion between S. adolphi and S. nussbauerianum. The link from Flickr mention that. At the International Crassulaceae Network (http://www.crassulaceae.ch/de/home" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) the species are synonyms...but at the IPNI, not. I personally have no idea which is correct. I have both plants, they are quite different (but can be the same spp).
