New Succulent to ID

Just bought this yesterday. No ID on the plant. Purchased in San Diego.
Please help. photo attached.
More info:
2 new photos. 4 inch pot in front of pot. Fuzzy appearance on "leaves". Leaves 3/4 to 1 inch long.

Not Delosperma. I don't think it is a mesemb at all.

It reminds me of some Sedum I had some 15-16 years ago... can't remember the name.

Sedum pachyphytum, does that ring a bell?

My first though was some Pachyphytum. So maybe we can combine our thoughts to get to Sedum pachyphytum (but I don't think this is the one).

No, not Sedum pachyphyllum.

From memory it has very short and fine hairs.

I know this thread is a bit old, but I'm 90% certain its a Cotyledon, but not quite right for the well known tomentosa

It looks a Crassula to me.
