Identification Help!

Post by amykat23 »

Hi everyone!

I am doing a project where I need to research and draw some plants. I chose what I find to be some really cool succulents and there is one that I have not been able to identify. I have spent a lot of time checking some resources and I have had no luck. The conservatory in which the plant is at only knows that it is a Kalanchoe. Can anyone please help? I need to figure out the species of the plant. Any suggestion is much appreciated!

(I need help identifying the teal green succulent with the stalk-like stems).

Thanks!

I can't see your images.
Try uploading as jpeg files to an image hosting service and link here.

Thanks esp_imaging for letting me know! I did have some trouble shrinking the files down to the correct size and it was having trouble loading the jpeg images into this forum. I am hoping that these images are now viewable.

Yes, the left corner is k. fedtschenkoi. I am also using that plant for my project. But since the stalk-like plant seems so different, I am not sure if it is the same species. But I will look into that! Thanks!

I'm about 85% sure it is k. Fedtschenkoi, as the leafs do look like it, and on google there are also some photo's where it shows a similar stalk
