Haworthia in need of Id if possible

Post by Tiggy »

Does anyone recognise this Haworthia please? I've had her for several years and have looked and looked through various pages and different sites for Haworthias but all to no avail. I have just published some photos on my Tiggy fb page and posted to the Haworthia group in desperation. Someone has been kind enough to suggest that may be a H. resendeana but on checking it out on the internet I am still a little unsure though it seems to be the closest up to now. It doesn't grow very much but has put on several young ones and usually puts some flowers each year. She tends to lose her roots very easily unlike the H. tortuosa that is similar in form but that is where the similarity ends. These two plants were bought at the same time and as you can see it hasn't grown much at all compared with her relative.
Doesn't really change a lot.

First one is H. resendeana. Mine are dark green - green colour because I grow them indoor in containers.
Second one I wanna say H. viscosa but not 100% sure

Thank you David. I have considered that one before, but the photos that I found just didn't look right, however I have just checked on this site http://www.desert-tropicals.com/Plants/ ... diana.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and BINGO! looks just like it. Have now added this page to my favourites.

Thanks again I had almost given up hope
