Anyone know what this is please?

Can anyone help me ID this plant please. It is one of many that a neighbour of mine gave me a couple of days ago. Most of them are in a very sad state but slowly I amtrying to sort them out. I have never seen anything like this particular before though .

I think it might be called Kleinia. Google Kleinia articulata, Candle Plant.
