It is an Anacampseros of some sort.

Yes, I'd say Anacampseros rufescens.

I have summers which go up to 115F, will I need special care for this? or i should keep it inside somewhere? (I will ask this for all my other posts too)

Protect it from the afternoon sun and it should be fine.
