Pretty sure I figured out number 2, Aeonium decorum Sunburst.

No 3 and 4 look like (very etiolated) sempervivums. Not a chance to ID correctly.

1. Looks like an Astroloba to me, but need to see a pic from the side. Could be a Haworthia.
2. Yes, Aeonium 'Sunburst' (but I would not say the species is decorum).
3. & 4. I agree, some type of Sempervivum.

Thanks for the additional pic. :) I'm going to say it's a form of Haworthia coarctata. (It still looks somewhat like an Astroloba, but nothing matches that I know.)
