what succulent is this, is it a crassula? if yes then which?

I would say Echeveria. No idea which one though.

it doesnt seem to be an echeveria, notice the 4 leaves sets forming on top of each other.

Lenophyllum was my first though too, the potting mix is awful though...

this was the original mix by the nursery, I will change it to some alluvial soil + mulch, will that be fine?
