Your plant is close to a Machairophyllum, but doesn't look like it has keeled leaves, so don't believe it is this. I believe I bought one of these long ago~that was mislabelled. I don't think I got an ID on it before I lost it (to neglect on my part). I do believe this plant is in the Tribe Ruschieae, but there are 1600 or so species included...so good luck figuring it out. Hoping someone knows & can ID it right off for you!

Looks like Bergeranthus glenensis (now Hereroa glenensis) if I have the scale right. This is a small plant, only an inch or two high. It generally flowers in summer for me, but that's planted out in the garden so it is frozen for half the year.
