Hi,
Can anybody identify this crassula for me please? I'm thinking "red horn tree", but would like some verification.
Many thanks,

Crassula of some kind?
Re: Crassula of some kind?
Looks like a very stretched crasula "et fingers"
Re: Crassula of some kind?
Crassula ovata. Possibly some kind of cultivar (Gollum or Hobbit)
Re: Crassula of some kind?
Thank you both for the suggestions.
It does look quite stretched doesn't it KittieKAT. I repotted it not long after I bought it, it seems to be growing quite well. It was like this when I got it:

It is crassula ovata hobbit(definately not gollum) or another cultivar of crassula ovata

Re: Crassula of some kind?
Just give it some good light and it will fill out the stretched parts in no time and look nice and full

Thanks guys
Re: Crassula of some kind?
It is a form of Crassula ovata 'Hobbit'. They have been marketing one recently (here in California, anyway) that looks like it's on steroids...calling it Ogre Ears. Not sure it is a validly named cultivar.
The other being marketed is C. ovata 'Gollum', they've named 'E.T.'s Fingers'. (You could say IT looks like Shrek's ears, too)
I have some of each plant, watching to see how they grow (if similar-or change).

Thanks Rosemarie. There seems to be so many different varieties, it's mind blowing for a novice like me!
