My spidey sense suggests Aloe ciliaris.
I'll grow it as long as it doesn't have glochids. Gaudy flowers a plus.

Did some research on this . It's Aloe Perfolatia. The thing is that the leaves are a bit etoliated. But otherwise it fits the description
