cactuslike succulent ID please

No spines, so I guess it is a succulent. Can anyone help me with the identification and eventually care?

Could it be a Stapelia? I just acquired one today from IKEA. Is it velvety to touch?

Stapelia it is. What kind exactly... the flower will tell (or at least we hope to be so)

Most common are Stapelia grandiflora and Stapelia gigantea and many of their hybrids.

I also agree it is a Stapelia. I think Majcka has a couple good guesses, but you need a flower to be 100% sure.

Im going to go way out on a limb and say its S. gigantea. :P
