Perhaps a Pachyphytum longifolium. :mrgreen:

Looks like it, but it seems so much more untidy than photos I see. I didn't think I was that bad a grower. I wish it would flower and that should tie down the genus for sure.

I know what you mean...and of COURSE, you're not that bad a grower. I know you that you know about flowers helping with ID, Ian. I hate waiting...but sometimes...we must!
