Is this a Sempervivum or Aeonium?

Is this a Sempervivum or Aeonium?

Would appreciate an ID on this succulent. Looks more like an Aeonium , grows easily and have green leaves when young.

I thinka it is an Echeveria. :-k

I agree that it looks like an Echeveria. It is definitely not an Aeonium as they always bloom directly from the center of the plant (after which it dies), not from the sides like this plant.

It has some features of Echeveria 'black prince' .
