Yellow sedum #1 (Edit:Sedum palmeri)

Post by Dalesmicro »

I think this is a sedum. The plant is about 20 cm long. Leaves 2.5 X 2 cm and flowers 1 cm in diameter. Thanks as always.

Okay...I see 2 plants in the pic. The yellow flowers belong to the plant on the left in the 1st pic. I believe it is Sedum palmeri. The other plant looks to be Portulacaria afra f. variegata.

Good call on that Rosemarie. I was going bonkers trying to figure out why Crassulaceae flowers were on a plant that sure looked like Portulacaria!

Yes, Good call, the flowers belong to the plant on the left. If the other one ever blooms I won't have to ask for an ID! Here are a couple of better pictures of the plant with the flowers. Thanks again!
