There probably hasnt been much plant collecting in Bahraine, perhaps no one knows whats there.

Yes Big fruit
I consulted my Bahrain Natural history probably compiled by expats and a few brave Arab pioneers. 2 euphorbia mentioned as native, Euphorbia densa and Andrachne telephoides. Of course the king of succulents are the zygophyllaceae.
I cant grow them as they seem to desire a very different soil mix.
