Hey Iann,
I am just curious, what are the identifiers for the subspecies aurantiaca?
It has yellow flowers. Ssp rhopalophylla has white flowers. Here is ssp aurantiaca next to a cultivar called 'Fireworth'.

Ok! thanks Iann. It had just flowered right before I purchased it a few weeks ago. It still has its dead bloom laying beside it.
I think there were seeds but they were collected or lost before I got them otherwise I would have traded them. I appreciate your help as always... you are awesome!

Incidentally, I just noticed that my Aloaceae Haworthia cymbiformis is going to bloom soon!
Hopefully this will assist with complete identification. :)

Shame you didn't see the flower. They're nice of course, but also give a more reliable ID.

Yesterday I went to the greenhouse where I purchased my "Air plant" and the owner confirmed that it is in fact a Tillandsia.
I would still like complete identification of it if anyone can help? Thanks :)
