majcka, I am just talking images for me, not plants, but it could be done in the same way. I use this very website to keep track of the images. I'm no expert but last time i saw such disaster it was fungi. If thats so the cacti must be cut down to healthy tissue. And some fungicide couldnt hurt. But please do wait for some more tips.
