At first i thought #1 was a stenocactus, but it looks like a very dehydrated Ferocactus, or maybe thelocactus?
Alot more water would be great for it.

The big clumping one is an Echinocereus, but i cant remember which one.

Sorry that this is going to be no help but, its a vigorous growing Opuntia, its not gonna stay compact unless in a pot or you prune it back im guessing.

Although its an Elongata, your plant still shows signs that is was etilioated(hate spelling that word) and is now growing properly.
