How big do they get? I am a newbie to this all. I worry about it not having enough room to grow?

Any idea what this is? It is still pretty young, still not sure if it is going to be cylindrical or globe-like. Gosh! Was just reading an article about it and it says it may take over 40 years to flower and then it dies - pretty sad.

Do you think I should put it in a bigger pot?

Bought this a few months ago unfortunately I cannot remember what it is called all I can remember is being told it is a slow grower. Anyone know the name?
